The closest airport is Puerto Vallarta (PVR). There are many non-stop flights from SFO, PHX, NYC, and SNA. From the Puerto Vallarta airport, you can take a taxi or Uber to the property. There are also airport transfers that you can schedule, if you would prefer to arrive in luxury.

We are hosting a wedding in the most beautiful place we have ever seen. We want the weekend to feel like a true escape and vacation for all of our guests. The weekend is all about love, family, friendships, stunning views and good vibes.

All events will be at One&Only Mandarina. Thursday night (4/20) a welcome dinner will be hosted at 7pm at Carao, a restaurant overlooking the ocean. Friday evening (4/21), we will kick off the wedding celebration at Treetop Bar at 5:30 for cocktail hour, followed by dinner at Alma Restaurant at 6:30. We'll keep the night rolling at the reception with a DJ and dancing at Treetop bar. Saturday (4/22) we will be hosting a beach party with a cabana at The Jetty Beach Club during the day. There are no formal dinner plans for Saturday night.

Checkout is Sunday (4/23) at 12pm. 

About our event locations:

CARAO (Thursday)

Located at the southernmost peak of the resort stands Carao offering the most spectacular sunset vistas of Mandarina. The restaurant features an open kitchen, intimate dining area, and a cozy bar. A world-renowned chef will bring authentic yet reinvented Mexican cuisine to this fine-dining outpost.

ALMA (Friday)

Tucked into the dramatic cliffside, Alma offers an elevated poolside lounging and dining experience. The heart of the resort overlooking the ocean with open-air dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner – Alma celebrates Pan American cuisine, complimented by seasonal specialties and locally sourced ingredients.

JETTY BEACH CLUB (Saturday) 

On the edge of the Pacific Ocean, this beachfront destination features daybeds, chaise lounges and beachside terraces in a relaxed, yet elegant setting. Enjoy the fresh catch of the day and evening cocktails as the sun sets or take a dip in one of the two infinity pools or the swimmable beach.

Individual Call In / Individual Pay. Group Reservations will be made directly with Resort by individual guests. Guests must call reservations (USA Toll Free: +1 855 270 2173) to reserve rooms prior to the cut-off date (“Cut Off Date”), which is sixty (60) days prior to the first Event Date, to qualify for Group Room Rates. All visitors to Mexico must present a passport valid for at least 6 months from date of travel.
